Neiguan PC6 location and gentle pressure
Neiguan is on the inner wrist and is often discussed for nausea or stomach discomfort. This page does not present it as a primary migraine pain point.

Standard location
On the anterior forearm, between the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis tendons, about three finger-widths above the wrist crease.
Easy way to find it
- Turn the palm upward.
- Place three fingers across the wrist crease.
- Find the point between the two central tendons on the inner forearm.
How to press
- Use the thumb to press gently between the tendons.
- Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- Keep the wrist relaxed and avoid numbness or tingling.

- Do not press over injury, swelling, or severe wrist pain.
